Considering the submission made, the order of this Court 28.7.2022 is recalled and the Writ Petition will be heard afresh. 3.

The Writ Petition involves a challenge to the final order in Demarcation Case No.139/2021, vide Annexure-4. For the nature of dispute involved therein involving resistance by the appurtenants, this Court finds, such issues cannot be resolved in undertaking demarcation exercise. The Petitioner, if so advised, may undertake appropriate civil court exercise.
