1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Though the present Writ Petition has been filed to quash the Advertisement dated 28.07.2016, as at Annexure-3, for the post of Principal Counsellor and Counsellor in the Counseling Centre of the Court of Judge, Family Court, Phulbani, a submission is made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that immediately thereafter, a Corrigendum was issued on 28.08.2016 by the Judge, Family Court, Phulbani clarifying therein that the said Advertisement dated 28.07.2016 relates only to appointment for Counsellor in the Counselling Center of the Judge, Family Court, Phulbani, and in view of such Corrigendum the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of such submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
