Though this matter is of the year 2019, no Counter has yet been filed by the learned Counsel for the Opposite Parties. 3.

In the Writ Petition, a prayer has been made to direct the Opposite Parties to count the services rendered by the Petitioner from 25.07.1997 to 17.03.1999 for the purpose of seniority. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has filed a Memo on 24.09.2022 to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a representation before the concerned Authority in view of the publication of Gradation List, 2020 during pendency of the present Writ Petition.

In view of such submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
