This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

In the affidavit dated 17.07.2023 filed by Additional Secretary to Government, Steel & Mines Department, an office order dated 15.07.2023 under the subject Revised Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for bidding process in respect of minor minerals has been annexed as Annexure-A/1. 3.

In view of the said SOP, the State Government is directed to follow the same scrupulously without any deviation thereof. In the event any deviation of any clause is found out by any authority, then proper action shall be taken against such authority, as would be deemed fit and proper in the interest justice, equity and fairplay.
