2. The Petitioners have filed this petition challenging the order dated 06.11.2017 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Paralakhemundi in ICC No.38 of 2015 framing the charge under Sections 294/341/384/387/34 IPC against them.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

4. It appears that the Petitioners have filed this petition challenging the impugned order framing the charge against them. The impugned order is revisable one. The Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C challenging the same after two years.

5. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order as the

6. Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
