Heard Ms. M. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

During course of hearing, Ms. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file better petition after obtaining the Certificate of Registration vis-à-vis Dr. Hare Krishna Mahatab Sanskrutika Parishad issued under Societies Registration Act, 1960.

Considering such submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the above liberty.
