ORDER
13.12.2022 Order No.
05.
1.
Considering that there is further development through the order vide Annexure-D/3 appended to the show cause filed herein thereby denying the responsibility of the contemnor on the premises that there is no possibility of providing benefit to the Petitioner, who is not in regular establishment, this Court finds, nothing survives in this contempt petition to be adjudicated upon. The Contempt Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, dismissal of the Contempt Petition shall not take away the right of the Petitioner, if he feels aggrieved, to challenge the order at Annexure-D/3, if he is so advised.
