1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner invokes the extraordinary jurisdiction of this High Court, as envisaged in Article 226, challenging the transfer order dated 08.07.2022 passed by opposite party No. 4 at the fag end of his tenure as CRCC. Admittedly, the petitioner was posted to CRCC in Kandapada Nodal U.P. School under the BEO, Ranapur where he joined on 24.07.2017 for a period of five years which is ending on 24.07.2022. However, he has been transferred to Raghunath Nodal

// 2 // High School Cluster under Majhiapada. The authority has deliberately disturbed the present petitioner just before the completion of his tenure which is unwarranted and arbitrary. Since the petitioner was to complete his tenure on 24.07.2022 the transfer order issued on dated 08.07.2022 is invalidated and the petitioner is allowed to complete his term without any hindrance.
