This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in the cause title of the bail application so far as name and address of the petitioner is concerned and also court name in Court today.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.8593 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 29.07.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner but in 3rd line of paragraph-4, the name of the court has been wrongly mentioned as "S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar, Ganjam" instead of "J.M.F.C., Jagannath Prasad" and also in the cause title of the bail application, the name and village of the petitioner has also been wrongly written and

// 2 // permission may granted to correct the same, which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 3rd line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 29.07.2022 it be mentioned as "J.M.F.C., Jagannath Prasad" in place of "S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar, Ganjam", rest part of the order shall remain intact.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 29.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.8593 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit. 6.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
