Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Petitioner even though in the Writ Petition impugned the revisional order stated to have been passed on 04.05.2022, producing the circular claimed that in the meantime on 02.05.2022 claims the Petitioner still has got benefit through circular dated 02.05.2022. It is in the above view of the matter, Petitioner in reduction of the prayer involved herein makes a request to this Court for withdrawing the Writ Petition in order to pursue his remedy under the provision made through the notification dated 02.05.2022. The Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn but however with liberty as prayed for. 3.

Considering the oral request of the Petitioner, this Court observes in the event Petitioner makes an application for providing appropriate benefit in terms of the notification on 02.05.2022 within a period of two weeks, the same may be considered in terms of the

// 2 // notification dated 02.05.2022 irrespective of revisional order involved herein by completing the entire exercise also within a period of six weeks thereafter.
