Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, on death of his client's father, death claim was made to the insurance company. It did not act. Hence, the writ petition. 2.
He submits, the writ petition be disposed of by direction upon opposite party no.1 to expeditiously deal with the complaint dated 4th March, 2022, regarding inaction on part of the insurance company. 3.
Considering nature of the prayer, Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. Instead, opposite party no.1 is directed to deal with and dispose of petitioner's said complaint dated 4th March, 2022. Result of the consideration be made known to petitioner within three weeks of communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
