1. Mr. Debakanta Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate states that vide letter dated 12th July, 2022 the Government of Odisha, Excise Department has already ordered an enquiry into the matter and has called for a detailed report. He further states that in course of enquiry objections of the villagers as expressed in the Resolution dated 22.03.2022 of the Gongriguda Gram Panchayat (Annexure-2) as well as the Resolution dated 24.03.2022 of the Palli Sabha Gongriguda Gram Panchayat (Annexure-3) will be considered and a decision will be taken after considering those objections.

2. It is directed that in the enquiry all the parties including the aforementioned objectors will be heard. The enquiry shall be concluded within a period of two months from today.
