This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.1481 of 2022, on the files of learned S.D.J.M. Jajpur, arising out of Bari Ramachandrapur P.S. Case No.198 of 2022, offences under Section 392 of IPC and he is custody since 26.06.2022. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Jajpur by order dated 14.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in the meantime charge sheet has already been submitted.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail relying on the order of rejection that the petitioner was identified and has antecedent of similar nature. Learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks release inter alia on the ground of age of the petitioner.

On consideration of materials on record and taking into account the period of custody, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station twice every week till the conclusion of trial. First date of such appearance to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter. Certification of such appearance shall be sent to the Court in seisin over the matter and violation thereof shall entail the cancelation. 9.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
