This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.534 of 2022 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Salipur arising out of Mahanga P.S. Case No.146 of 2022, offence under Sections 341/294/506/323/325/354/448/354(B)/34 of IPC and is in custody since 28.06.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Salipur by order dated 14.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the families of the petitioner and injured were on inimical terms and keeping in view that charge has already been filed on 26.07.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released

on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
