Office note indicates that on the top of the order no.2 dated 23.08.2022, inadvertently the nomenclature of this case has been typed as "W.P.(C)" instead of "CRLMP" .

Perused the Order dated 23.08.2022.

Considering the submissions made, this Court directs that the nomenclature i.e., "W.P.(C)" occurring on the top of the aforesaid order dated 23.08.2022 be corrected as "CRLMP".

Heard Mr. B.B. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 5.

Mr. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the matter has become infructuous, the petitioner does not want to proceed further in this Case.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as infructuous.
