2. Heard Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Considering the prayer made in the writ Petition, the writ Petition is disposed of with a direction on the Opp. Parties to conclude the proceeding initiated against the Petitioner in the year 2011 within a period of six (6) months from today, if there is no other legal impediment. The Petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the said investigation without fail.
