Petitioner, in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 26th March, 2019 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri granting interim maintenance grant in favour of Opposite Parties in Cr.P. No.35 of 2016.

On perusal of record, it appears that on earlier occasions, i.e., 17th February, 2020, 28th February, 2020, 6th March, 2020 and 19th March, 2020, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner. In that view of the matter, it appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter probably due to the fact that final order has been passed in the aforesaid Criminal Proceeding.
