This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.960 of 2022 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M. Berhampur, arising out of Golanthara P.S. Case No.159 of 2022, offence under Sections 302/304-B/498-A/34 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, LT & LTV, Berhampur by order dated 11.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Keeping in view that charge sheet has already been filed inter alia under Section 306 of IPC and taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs the petitioner to be released
on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
