This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 30.09.2022 passed in BLAPL No.6802 of 2022. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitoner and the learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted that the Petitioner was directed to be released on bail by order dated 30.09.2022. Because of his penury he was not able to arrange the cash security of Rs.4 lakhs. Therefore, he is in custody.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court is persuaded to recall the direction in paragraph-8 relating to cash security. Other conditions remain unaltered.

Learned Court in seisin over the matter is requested to act on production of the order dated 30.09.2022 and the order passed today in the I.A.

I.A is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
