2. This application under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner-husband for transfer of D.V. Misc. Case No.79 of 2022 filed by the opposite party No.2-wife under Section-12 of the D.V. Act in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur, to the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Cuttack or Bhubaneswar.

3. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.

4. None had also appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 26.07.2022 and 11.08.2022. It appears that the petitioner does not have any interest to pursue the transfer application as his counsel has not appeared on the two dates the case was listed nor removed the defects pointed out by the S.R.

5. The TRP (CRL) is therefore dismissed for non-prosecution. .........................
