Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner reducing his prayer in the Writ Petition makes a request for direction to the Commissioner of Land Records and Settlement, Odisha-Opposite Party No.2 for early admission of the Revision Case No.8 of 2018 which is pending as of now.

This Court while expressing its anxiety in keeping such Revision pending for four years without being admitted, the Petitioner is permitted to file memo at least within a period of one week for admission of the revision involved. In such event admission exercise involving the revision will be undertaken within a period of seven days thereafter.
