Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, the land belongs to the deity. Prayer in the petition is for restraining any construction in the land till disposal of BB Case no.303 of 2018 as per remand order of Additional District Magistrate, Jajpur in the appeal.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to expeditiously deal with BB Case no.303 of 2018. Status-quo be maintained in respect of the land that is
