This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the Members of the Trust Board of Deity Maheswari Devi, Bije Bagduli in the district of Subarnapur, which is a public deity under the Administrative Control of the Commissioner, Endowment, challenging the order dated 1st March, 2017 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Sonepur in 1.C.C. Case No.27 of 2016, whereby the learned S.D.J.M., Sonepur has accepted the protest petition filed by the Opposite Parties in G.R. Case No.472 of 2014, wherein cognizance of the offences under Sections 379, 294, 506/34 of IPC has been taken.

At the time of hearing today, Mr. Shanti Prakash Mohanty, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous and the petitioners do not want to press this

// 2 // petition any further as the issue involved in this matter has been decided in favour of the Trust Board.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this CRLMC is disposed of as infructuous. As a consequence of disposal of the CRLMC, interim order dated 22nd August, 2017 passed by this Court stands vacated.

A copy of this order be communicated to the Court below forthwith.
