Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that in connection with complaint of Annexure-1, Kantabania P.S Case No.83, dated. 16.08.2022 has already been registered under Sections341/294/323/506/34, I.P.C. Mr. Barik, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter. 3.
