Ms. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, her clients are members of different self help groups under Laxminarayanpur Gram Panchayat. They are seeking formation of federation groups of two revenue villages being Laxminarayanpu Ward no.2 and Binayakpur Village under Odisha Livelihood Mission. To that effect, her clients made several representations including one dated 10th August, 2021, made by the Sarpanch (opposite party no.4) addressed to opposite party no.1. She submits, nothing has been done by the office.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, upon direction made the representation will be dully dealt with. 3.
Opposite party no.1 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 10th August, 2021 made to the office regarding creating federation.
Said opposite party will inform petitioners/learned advocate on the decision taken, within four weeks of communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
