The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the Letter No. 1187 dated 30th March, 2022 issued by the Inspector General of Registration, Odisha, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.3 and also to declare the decision taken on 7th March, 2022 by the District Level Valuation Committee, Sundargarh to be illegal. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one, if fresh cause of action arises. 4.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
