Heard Mr. P.S. Das, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to Opposite Party No.2 to consider his representation dated 17.03.2022 under Annexure-4 and after making a proper enquiry into the matter, issue appropriate direction to the Opposite Parties to issue fresh tender by debarring the continuance of Opposite Party No.6, for smooth management of sale of Bhoga Coconuts of Maa Tareni Thakurani Temple, Ghatagaon for the interest of the devotees. 4.

As it appears, by means of this Writ Petition, the Petitioner makes an innocuous prayer for consideration of his representation to interfere in the arena of tender invited by the Authority in connection with sale of Bhoga Coconuts at Maa Tareni Thakurani Temple, Ghatagaon. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.
