This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The learned Additional Sessions Judge-Special Judge, I/C, Jeypore by way of letter No. 1131 dated 28.09.2023 has prayed for an extension of time till December, 2023 and there appears vacancy of regular P.O. in the aforesaid Court, but this Court has never directed for disposal of the case within any time frame rather it simply directed to expedite the trial.
