This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that I.A. has been filed for modification of order dated 05.09.2022 passed in aforesaid BLAPL inter alia on the ground of modification of the stipulation relating to criminal proclivity of the petitioner as stated in paragraph-9 thereof.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after order dated 05.09.2022, the petitioner has been remanded in G.R. Case No.963 of 2022 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bolangir arising out of Bolangir Town P.S. Case 323 of 2022 and it is brought to the notice this Court that in the said case, the petitioner has been released on bail by order dated 06.09.2022 in BLAPL No.7994 of 2022.

Taking note of the same the stipulation as in paragraph-9 relating to criminal proclivity stands recalled. 6.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till the conclusion of trial.

Other stipulations remain unaltered.

The order accordingly stands modified.
