Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to conclude the proceeding so initiated against the Petitioner vide Memorandum dated 30.12.2006 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order, if it has not yet been disposed of. If the proceeding is not disposed of within the aforesaid period, then adverse inference will be taken against the said Opposite Party No.2. 4.
