1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. On perusal of the record it appears that the present bail application is being adjourned consecutively due to none appearance of the petitioner. Although the case was listed on the several dates i.e. on 15.04.2021, 21.09.2021 and 23.12.2021, learned counsel for the petitioner has not appeared on those dates. Further the case has been listed today but despite repeated calls none appears for the petitioner. From the above facts it appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for default for non-prosecution of the case.

3. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
