1. The complaint of the Petitioner is that charges are yet to be framed although the Petitioner is already 75 years old. If not already framed, an appropriate order on charge shall be passed by the trial Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. For this purpose, the Petitioner will appear with the certified copy of this order in the concerned trial Court on 16th January, 2023. It will be open to the Petitioner to request the trial Court to expedite the trial.
