Mr. M. Padhi, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has at the outset submitted that, in the petition some defects which require to be removed are located. Instead of amending the petition, the Petitioner wants to file a fresh petition. For that purpose, the prayer has been made by Mr. Padhi, learned counsel, to allow the Petitioner withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to file a fresh petition on the same subject matter.
