Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein and as this Court finds a decision is required to be taken by the competent authority involving application of the Petitioner vide Annexure-1, this matter stands disposed of simply observing that in the event the application of the Petitioner vide Annexure-1 is pending as of now, same shall be disposed of in accordance with law at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
