Heard Mr.S. Roy, learned counsel for the Appellant. 3.

Though this is an application for modification of the order dated 14.07.2022, but this Court finds no error apparent on the face of the order.

However, considering the prayer made by Mr. Roy, this Court while disposing the I.A directs the Registry to refund the statutory deposit so deposited by the AppellantCompany along with accrued interest within a period of three weeks from today.

Accordingly, the I.A is disposed of.
