This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State.

This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner under section 401 of Cr.P.C. read with section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (hereafter 'J.J. Act') challenging the order dated 11.07.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge -cum- Children's Court, Nayagarh in Criminal Appeal No.11/11 of 2022

// 2 // in rejecting his bail application in connection with Juvenile Case No.12 of 2022 arising out of Ranpur P.S. Case No.92 of 2022 pending before the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Nayagarh for the alleged commission of offences punishable under sections 363/366/376(2)(n)/343/294/506/ 109/34 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 6 and 17 of the POCSO Act and sections 3(1)(r)(s)/3(2)(va) of the S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act.

After going through the statement of the victim and the nature of accusation against the petitioner, at this stage, while not inclining to release the petitioner on bail and it is observed that after the victim's examination, the petitioner is at liberty to renew the prayer for bail.

The CRLREV is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
