This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that notice has been served on the informant/victim on 17.08.2022, there is no appearance of on behalf of the informant/victim. 4.

The petitioner is accused in Cyber Crime & Economic Offices, Kandhamal P.S. Case No.02 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.13 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge -cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Phulbani, for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 292/354A/354D/500/501/376(2)(n)/376(3)of IPC read with Section 67-B of the IT Act and read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act. 5.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge -cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, by order dated

30.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement.

Keeping in view that the petitioner is aged about 25 years and he is in custody since 12.04.2022 and charge-sheet has already been filed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
