This is an application for modification of the order dated 08.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.17955 of 2022.

Considering the grounds taken, the prayer for modification is allowed.

In Paragraph-11 of the order, the direction to "Opposite Party No.4" be treated as direction to "Opposite Party No.3" and Opposite Party No.3 on receipt of the order is directed to act on the same in terms of order dated 08.09.2022.

Accordingly, the I.A is disposed of.
