Since the Petitioner claims Price Escalation Bill under Annexure-3 Series, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. However, it is upon to the Petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum as per DTCN/agreement executed between the parties, which is applicable to them. 3.
