Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Order No.

2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: " In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is therefore most respectfully prayed, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

A) Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, order or direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to 3 to initiate an enquiry to find out persons who are involved in the fraud in helping Prasanta Kumar Mohapatra in cheating government money through Swachha Bharat Mission Scheme and/or, B) Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, order or direction to Opposite Party No.1 to 3 direct IIC, Tihidi Police Station to lodge FIR against Prasanta Kumar Mohapatra along with the persons involved in the fraud in cheating government money through Swachha Bharat Mission Scheme and or.

C) Pass such further or other orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." D) 3.

Annexure-4 since pending on the self same issue, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merit involved herein simply directs the Block Development Officer, Tihidi- opposite party no.3 for giving a lawful decision on annexure-4 at least within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner but however involving the parties likely to be affected. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
