ORDER
02.08.2022 Order No.
12.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard learned Counsel for the Parties.
3.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that except Prayer No.6, there is nothing survives to be adjudicated by this Court at this stage.
4.
On perusal of the prayer portion, at Prayer No.vi, it has been prayed as follows:- "Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions directing the opposite parties particularly Opposite Party No.3 to 5 to grant affiliation in favour of the Petitioner Institution for the Bachelor in Physiotherapy courses for the academic session 2019-20 within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court;"
5.
The aforesaid prayer also reveals that the Petitioner seeks
direction to the Opposite Parties to grant affiliation in favour of the Institution for the Bachelor in Physiotherapy Courses for the Academic Session 2019-20 within a reasonable time. But fact remains the said period has already been elapsed by efflux of time. Therefore, such prayer of the Petitioner also cannot be acceded to at this stage.
6.
In view of the above, Writ Petition stands dismissed. Arun/Banita (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE (S.K. MISHRA) JUDGE
