Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in T.R. Case No.87 of 2020, on the files of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, KoraputJeypore, arising out of Jeypore Sadar P.S. Case No.229 of 2020, under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act.

In view of the order passed in the case of the co-accused in BLAPL No.605 of 2020 dated 29.03.2022, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application. The bail application stands rejected. 5.

The BLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
