This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to set aside the order dated 2nd April, 2018 passed by the Commissioner, Consolidation, Odisha, Cuttack in Revision Case No.17 of 2015.

In course of hearing, Ms. Naidu, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that there are some developments in the meantime. Hence, she prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. 4.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
