This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. 3.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the State that copy of the I.A. has not been served on him.

Perused the recitals in the I.A.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the bail application was disposed of noting that the petitioner has no criminal proclivity. 6.

In paragraph-5 of the I.A. it is stated that taking note of the criminal antecedents of the petitioner which are four in number in terms of the order passed by this Court, learned court in seisin over the matter did not release the petitioner. By virtue of

I.A. modification of the stipulation relating to criminal proclivity is being sought.

The same amounts to seeking review of the order passed and this Court is not inclined to entertain the I.A. 8.

The same accordingly stands rejected.
