This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 8th June, 2022 (Annexure-5) passed by the Additional District Magistrate-cum-District Registrar, Sambalpur, whereby he confirmed the order dated 18th April, 2022 (Annexure-4) passed by the Registering Officer, Sambalpur refusing to register the sale deed presented by the Petitioner.

Since the Petitioner has remedy under Section 77 of the Registration Act, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. 4.

At this stage, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that delay in filing the suit may be considered accordingly.

In the event the suit is filed assailing the order under Annexure-5 within a period of two weeks hence, the concerned Court shall take into consideration the pendency of the writ

// 2 // petition before this Court from 8th April, 2022 till date along with other grounds.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
