The cause of action for bringing the contempt application arises on 22.04.2017 i.e. much prior to the interim direction given by this Court i.e. on 30.10.2017.

In the circumstance this Court finds, there is no scope for bringing a contempt application involving the action prior to grant of interim order.

The contempt petition stands dismissed.
