This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

When the matter was called in the first hour, none appeared for the Petitioner and the matter was passed over. Again when the matter was called in the second hour, none appeared for the Petitioner. 3.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the F.I.R. filed in this case is not a legible one. In such view of the matter the ABLAPL is disposed of with a liberty to the Petitioners to file a better application in the event apprehension continues.

With the aforesaid observation, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
