2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the State.

3. The Petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of her application for appointment as Anganwadi Worker of Boripadar Anganwadi Centre, Tentulikhunti, Nabarangpur. One Bhagabati Muduli (Opposite Party No.5) was appointed as the Anganwadi Worker who, according to the Petitioner, is not a resident of village Boripadar and therefore, is not eligible to be appointed. The appointment order was issued on 21st December, 2021. The

// 2 // Petitioner claims to have submitted a representation to the A.D.M., Nabarangpur (Opposite Party No.2) on 24th January, 2022 and the same is said to be pending.

Since the Petitioner's representation is still pending before the Opposite Party No.2, without expressing any opinion on the contentions raised before this Court, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the representation dated 24th January, 2022 filed by the Petitioner, as at Annexure-6, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order or on production of certified copy thereof by the Petitioner. While disposing of the representation, the Opposite Party No.2 shall grant an opportunity of hearing not only to the Petitioner but also to Opposite Party No.5, who has been appointed as Anganwadi Worker of Boripadar Anganwadi Centre, Tentulikhunti, in the district of Nabarangpur.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
