Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Court finds, the Petitioner has no efficacious remedy under Annexure-5, as there is no proceeding under the OPLE Act pending at this point of time.

It is at this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to file an application under Orissa Government Land Settlement Act for Settlement of Land.

Consequently, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn but however with liberty as prayed for.
