1. The Petitioners' representation dated 10th June, 2022 shall be examined by the Block Development Officer, Basudevpur and after giving the Petitioners an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 19th September, 2022. The decision thereon shall be communicated to the Petitioners within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies it has not expressed any view on merits.
